This introductory class incorporates mindfulness practices and cultivates your strengths to reduce stress and help you create an environment for you and your family to thrive. Building Personal Resilience Program – ONLINE
Learn scientifically validated tools and techniques to help you regulate your body’s response to stress. Increase your feelings of vitality and well being by applying these skills to your work and personal life.
Mindfulness Based Strengths Practice – ONLINE
A blend of traditional mindfulness and meditation techniques combined with the interventions from Strengths research and positive psychology findings that have been shown to increase resilience, reduce anxiety, increase well being, relationships and work /life satisfaction.
