Building Personal Resilience
This program is an intensive and very practical program that combines scientifically validated tools to increase your resilience, and regulate your body’s response to stress. The tools and techniques can be used at any time to decrease anxiety, improve sleep and symptoms of fatigue, improve communication and relationships.
These skills are learned in a series of 6 hour long classes about a week apart to allow you a chance to integrate and practice the techniques in your life. As part of the program you’ll receive either the emWave2 ®, or the Inner Balance ® for iOS to allow you to see the progress you are making. Click here for more details.
