Need less stress and more mindfulness in your life?
This introductory class incorporates mindfulness practices and cultivates your strengths to reduce stress and help you create an environment for you and your family to thrive. Based on a Mindfulness Based Strengths Practice, this class focuses on how we access our strengths in parenting. We explore what our unique strengths are, and how we can mindfully use them even during the whirlwind of parenting. No matter where you are on your parenting and mindfulness journey, you are welcome in this course. The intention is to be able to view our everyday experiences through the lens of strengths, to take what is the best part of us, and use it to parent deliberately. This course consists of eight classes, each an hour long. The content will be recorded, and available to use when it works for you.
